Facility management has become one of the most relevant items in real estate management due to regulations and requirements. The rising costs for maintenance and ancillary costs influence the profitability and management of both traditional housing companies and corporates. In addition, media discontinuities in internal processes and heterogeneous IT systems make it difficult to process the requirements efficiently.
