The ASCAVO.FUNDS software suite integrates the well-known market-proven solutions ALL.FONDS and Sem.FUNDS.line and consistently develops them further with a view to the new SAP technologies and higher automation requirements.
ASCAVO.FUNDS stands for the consistent mapping of fund-relevant processes and legal reporting requirements for real estate funds, which can be controlled via a central fund cockpit.
ASCAVO.FUNDS is fully integrated with the data and processes of the SAP standard modules. Automated calculations and result postings are standard functionalities that cover a wide range of processes. The consistent use of the SAP platform avoids media disruptions by providing a seamless user interface and authorization management. ASCAVO.FUNDS places particular emphasis on traceability and audit security of the results. Developed within its own SAP namespace, ASCAVO.FUNDS can be tailored to individual needs.
The SAP® certified modules of the ASCAVO.FUNDS software can be used individually or in combination. They can be operated as an add-on in an existing SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ERP installation, as a standalone system, or as a cloud solution within a full-service framework. The cloud operation is carried out in an ISO/ISAE-certified data center in Germany. Upon system implementation, a complete application and technical documentation is provided as a Wiki (web-based information tool). With ASCAVO.FUNDS, you benefit from a single point of truth for managing your funds, which meets the professional, legal, and strategic requirements of real estate investment companies today and in the future.
